At Marble and Tile USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury surfacing materials. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused, uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the specific return shipping address for your materials.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your tiles or slabs in their original packaging, ensuring they are properly secured with padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the return label and ship the items back to our warehouse via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
